School Fee & Remittance

School Fee & Remittance

At Bharathi Vidya Mandir Matric Higher Secondary School, the timely payment of school fees is essential to ensure the uninterrupted provision of quality education, resources, and services. Parents and guardians are requested to carefully review and adhere to the following fee-related guidelines:

Withdrawal & Mid-Term Admissions

  • No student will be allowed to withdraw or discontinue during the middle of a term unless the full term fee is paid.
  • Students admitted in the middle of a term are required to pay the fee for the entire term, regardless of the date of joining.

Initial Fee Payment Schedule

  • For existing students, the initial fee for the academic year must be paid on or before 10th May.
  • For new admissions, the fee must be paid as per the date mentioned in the Admission Intimation Card, following the rules set by the Governing Body.

Non-Refundable Clause

All payments made toward tuition fees, admission fees, special fees, or any other school-related charges are non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable under any circumstances, including student withdrawal or transfer.

Late Fee and Penalty

To ensure financial discipline and smooth functioning of the institution, late fee penalties will be imposed in case of delayed payments. It is the responsibility of the parent to remit the fee on time to avoid such penalties.

Fine on Late Payments

A fine of Rs. 5/- per working day will be levied for term fees paid after the due date. Continued delay may also lead to suspension of services, including academic access, transport, or exam participation.

Fee Revision Policy

The fee structure is subject to revision based on policy decisions made by the Governing Body of the school. Parents will be informed in advance of any such changes.

Responsibility for Fee Payment

The parent or guardian of the student is solely responsible for the prompt and full payment of all school fees as per the school's fee structure and schedule.

Parents are urged to retain all fee receipts for future reference and cooperate with the school in ensuring a transparent and timely remittance process. Your support is vital in helping us maintain the quality and integrity of educational services offered to your child.
