Admission Procedure
Enquiry & Application
- Parents/Guardians may visit the school office or contact us via phone/email to enquire about seat availability.
- The Application Form can be collected from the school office during working hours or downloaded from the official website (if available).
- Completed forms must be submitted within the specified timeframe.
Interaction / Entrance Test (If applicable)
- For L.K.G. and U.K.G., admissions are based on an informal interaction with the child and parents.
- For Classes I and above, students may be required to attend an entrance assessment in core subjects such as English, Tamil, Mathematics, and Science.
- Admissions are offered based on merit, seat availability, and readiness for the class applied for.
Interview with Parents and Student
Shortlisted candidates and their parents will be called for a brief interaction with the Principal or Admissions Committee.
Confirmation of Admission
- Once selected, parents will receive an Admission Intimation Letter.
- Admission is confirmed only upon payment of the prescribed fees and submission of the required documents.
Documents Required at the Time of Admission
- Completed Admission Application Form (duly signed by parent/guardian)
- Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy) – for L.K.G., U.K.G., and Class I admissions
- Community Certificate (for applicable categories – SC/ST/MBC/BC)
- Aadhar Card – Student and Parent (Photocopy)
- Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the previous school (mandatory for Class II and above)
- Conduct Certificate from the previous institution (if applicable)
- Latest Passport Size Photographs – 4 copies of the student
- Report Card / Mark Sheet of the last class attended
- Medical Certificate – in case of any specific health condition or disability
- Proof of Address (Ration Card / Utility Bill / Parent's ID proof)
- Declaration Form – duly filled and signed by the parent
- Migration Certificate (for students from other educational boards or states)
Note
- Admission is granted at the sole discretion of the management and subject to seat availability.
- All documents submitted must be authentic and verifiable.
- Admission once confirmed is non-transferable and non-refundable.
