To ensure the safety, punctuality, and efficient operation of our school transportation system, all students and parents are requested to strictly follow the guidelines outlined below:
School buses will operate strictly along pre-designated routes and stops. No diversion or deviation will be entertained based on personal requests or demands from parents or guardians.
Students must treat the bus and its fittings with care and respect. Damaging, scribbling, or marking on the upholstery or interiors of the bus is strictly prohibited and will invite disciplinary action and penalty.
Bus fees for each academic term must be paid in advance along with the corresponding school fees. Transportation facility will not be extended unless fees are cleared within the stipulated time.
Even if a student does not utilize the bus facility for any portion of a month or term, full bus fee will still be applicable for that period. No partial refunds or deductions will be entertained.
Bus fees once paid are non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
For safety and operational feasibility, buses will ply only on main roads and broad streets. Entry into narrow lanes or congested by-lanes is strictly avoided.
These rules are implemented to ensure a safe and smooth commuting experience for all students. Cooperation from both parents and students is essential to maintain the efficiency and integrity of our transport system.
