At Bharathi Vidya Mandir Matric Higher Secondary School, we believe that a strong partnership between the school and the parents plays a vital role in the holistic development and academic success of every child. We request parents to kindly adhere to the following guidelines to ensure smooth communication and active involvement in their ward’s education:
Wherever acknowledgements or signatures are requested by teachers, parents must respond promptly. It is also the responsibility of the parents to ensure that their child completes homework, assignments, and project work regularly and on time.
It is strongly recommended that parents review their ward’s Hand Book daily. This simple yet consistent habit enables parents to remain updated on academic tasks, instructions from teachers, and general school-related communications.
A close and regular observation of the Hand Book can help identify behavioral or academic concerns early. If any irregularities or concerns are noticed, we encourage parents to initiate communication with the Class Teacher, Subject Teacher, Supervisory Head, or the Principal for timely resolution.
Parents must ensure that all personal details and emergency contact information are accurately filled out in the Bio-Data section of the Hand Book. This is crucial for maintaining effective and secure communication with the school.
The Hand Book should be treated with care. Students must keep it neat and clean at all times. Any form of damage, such as tearing pages, scribbling, or writing unrelated notes, is strictly prohibited and will be considered a disciplinary issue.
In case the Hand Book is lost or damaged beyond use, parents must inform the Class Teacher immediately. If the original cannot be recovered, a replacement must be obtained from the School Office at the earliest.
The Student Hand Book is an essential medium of communication between the school and parents. It contains vital information about your ward’s academic progress, behavior, school events, and announcements. Parents are requested to give due importance to the Hand Book and use it as a tool to stay informed and engaged.
While reviewing the Hand Book, parents are advised to pay close attention to key entries, including:
Keeping track of these elements will help monitor your child's performance and participation.
These guidelines are designed to foster a collaborative learning environment and ensure the well-being and academic excellence of every student. We appreciate your continued support and cooperation.
